Stacking multipliers, you can pretty easily get a bow and arrow combo that one-shots the Ender Dragon (>800 damage) unenchanted; enchants and affixes and gems can bring that up to like 22k damage if you want (though afaik there's no mob in any modpack that has anywhere close to that much health lol).
