I'm getting ready to order sinks, faucets, etc. and am wondering what size prep sinks people have found most useful. Kohler makes a cast iron 14 1/2 round, but it's only 5" deep.
That seems a bit small to me. They also make a 12x18 and a 14x16. My island is 4.5 x 5 and the sink has to fit into.
