If you are requesting the removal of a piece of mandatory training from a Partner, please ensure that they have the correct Training Roles assigned to them by checking Training Roles assigned to your team. If the Training Role assigned is incorrect, remove that role and replace it with the correct one by following the Removing a Training Role job aid.

If a piece of learning has been completed but this is not reflected on Workday, please email Learning.Support@johnlewis.co.uk, including a screenshot of the completion screen as a PDF or JPEG file. Learning Support will not be able to update any training without a screenshot.

On Leave Partners: Partners who are away from the business cannot be permanently removed from mandatory training reports. Please ensure any Partners away from the business are listed as ‘On Leave’ on Workday, this can then be filtered when reporting and clearly identifies why the training has not been completed for compliance purposes.

Before continuing with your query, please ensure that you have visited the below guides on the PDW. Learning Support are unable to support you with updating a Partner’s Training Role. The Training Role Dashboard can assist you if you are unsure which Training Role a Partner should have.
