A Housing and Residence Education webinar on January 29, 2026 geared toward current students and families about the housing reselection/renewal process for the 26. Campus housing is home to first-year and upperclass students. All unmarried, full-time students within two years of high school graduation must live on campus, unless exempted, space is no longer available, or they are living with family.
Housing Rates for TG26 Cohort Housing rates are associated with each cohort in the Ohio State Tuition Guarantee. If you are an in-state student eligible for the Tuition Guarantee, housing rates will remain consistent for four years. The cost of each plan will vary depending on your residency and the academic year you enter Ohio State.

Molyet Village Apartments University housing is academic-year housing, allowing students to remain living in an apartment between autumn and spring semester and over spring break (note: there is a $125 fee for this convenience).
