Our Oasis tanks resemble an oversized, covered bathtub, filled 10 inches deep with super-saturated Epsom salt water, and heated to match your skin temperature.
Float therapy is done in the nude, to ensure the cleanliness of the float bath. Our spacious tanks have plenty of room for physical mobility and are well ventilated. Step into a shallow pool of water, perfectly heated to your body temperature and full of 1100 pounds of Epsom salts which allow you to float effortlessly on the surface, as if in outer space.
Halotherapy Salt Room Our Salt room is a multi purpose space used for Halotherapy treatments, group gatherins, Mom & Babe classes and guided meditation. With 1000lbs of Himalayan salt on the floor for a grounding experience, the halogenerator blow micronized salt into the air to breathe in during the treatment. The salt particles help clear the respiratory system, reduce inflammation and boost.
Float therapy involves lying effortlessly in a specially designed pod filled with 10 inches of water and over 1,000 pounds of Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate). This creates a solution so dense that your body naturally floats on the surface, eliminating the effects of gravity on your muscles and joints. Guests who come for a clothing-optional spa session can warm up in the large salt hot tub, saunas, and steam room and take a cold plunge in one of our two clawfoot tubs. Enjoy an outdoor shower and cool down on the patio around the fire. During a sensory deprivation tank float session, clients enter one of our Ottawa float tanks and lie in 1,000 liters of water, heated to body temperature, and mixed with over 1,200 pounds of Epsom salts.
This mix creates an amazingly buoyant, low gravity environment where clients float on the surface of the water effortlessly.
