works great for lanky babies/toddlers/kids. September 21, 2010 -I find thatthey run fairly true to size, not necessarily by the months but by the weight and length listed on the tags. But overall, the run a bit smaller than other companies.

DS was in 3-6 month Old Navy before anywhere else. January 15, 2021 -Baby Gap and Old Navy are owned by same company so I am guessing they maybe have similar fit. Carters i find runs on the smaller side compared to other/its more true to size ...

I would sayaverage to running big. September 17, 2011 -I find baby Gap runs pretty true to size and Gymboree clothes are long. Gymboree DOES run long.

And skinny. WHich is awesome if you have a kid whose long and skinny like I do. There have been some points in time when Gymboree was the only stuff that really fit.

I have two outfits from Old Navy - but LO has only worn one so far. Based on this one outfit, I would say it is true to size. My LO is 8lbs, and the 0-3 is a little big on her.

She has grown out of most of her NB clothes from other stores - so this seems about right. February 27, 2014 -We have an Old Navy baby snowsuit that's 6-12 that fits but is snug. I don't think he'd fit it once he was in regular (like Carter's) 12 month size.

... I agree buy the 6-12. Erin is 5 months and long and an old navy dress/ onesie size 3-6 is almost too short.

I keep squeezing her in it cause I love it ... I'd also buy the bigger size. I would also say though, that most of DS's clothes from there run wide.
