Broan-nutone Bathroom Fan Reddit

Hello, in my bathroom is currently a Broan 679-E, 70 CFM. It is super crazy noisy and the bathroom still gets too much condensation. There is a kit for $95 that looks like it has the same housing and fits it: 80 CFM Motor Replacement for Broan-Nutone Bath Fans for 8" x 8-1/4" x 5-3/4" housings, Replaces OEM #S97015162 (80 CFM / 2.5 Sones).

While at the store I also found a product "Broan Nutone FG600" which is a "LED Grille Upgrade for ventillation fan", which would allow me to have an LED light turn on when I turn the fan on, and the additional light in my bathroom sounded appealing; I bought this product.

Hey All I've hated the noisy underpowered fan in my bathroom for a while now. I was searching for the best way to replace the fan without attic access (I live in a condo) and stumbled on these in place replacement kits for the super common broan/nutone builders' grade fans.

Delta bathroom exhaust fans I assume you are asking about? Not delta ceiling comfort fans or PC fans. They are fine, much like Brian/nutone. I'd still prefer to pay the extra 20$ and jump up to the Panasonic value line.
