Bath Theatre Royal Panto 2024

Stage and screen star Tristan Gemmill (Coronation Street, Casualty, The Bodyguard) will don the infamous hook and sail to Neverland as the fearsome Captain Hook in this year's pantomime spectacular, The Further Adventures of PETER PAN: The Return of Captain Hook. Written by Bath's own panto legend Jon Monie, who also stars as the side-splitting Smee, this year's show is bigger, bolder.

Earlier this year, George appeared in Sean Mathias's 2024 film Hamlet which starred Sir Ian McKellen in the title role. The role of Queen Grimelda is played by Emma Norman, who returns to the Theatre Royal after delighting Bath audiences as the evil Carabosse in the pantomime Sleeping Beauty last year.

Marking his 22 nd pantomime at the Theatre Royal, Jon has starred in a record number of Bath panto performances - now numbering over 1,150 since 1996 - and continues to delight audiences whenever he appears on stage. An award-winning writer, Jon's pantomimes are also staged by UK Productions in theatres across the country.

The magic of pantomime has burst onto the stage at Bath's Theatre Royal with a fun-packed high-energy new production of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. Featuring a stellar cast led by Olivia Birchenough, Jon Monie, and Nick Wilton, this delightful panto delivers festive fun, laughter, and dazzling spectacle to audiences of all ages.

2024 sees Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs return to the Theatre Royal for only the fourth time in thirty-three years, after previously proving a huge hit with Bath audiences in the 1991/92, 2012/13 and 2017/18 panto seasons.
