Korn Ferry Tour Tournament Overview 2025 BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by TD SYNNEX, Greer. SYNNEX Oct 15, 2025 The BMW Charity Pro-Am team gathered at Thornblade on Monday for a special event-the Nancy Smith Golf Invitational, celebrating 25 incredible years of volunteer leadership from Nancy Smith and recognizing every 2025 volunteer who made the tournament a success. From tee time to reception, it was a day of gratitude.
The BMW Charity Pro-Am is a golf tournament on the Korn Ferry Tour. It is currently played at Thornblade Club (host course) in Greer, South Carolina and The Carolina Country Club in Spartanburg, South Carolina. From 1992 to 2000, the event was played at Verdae Greens Golf Club in Greenville.
When the event changed to a pro-am format in 2001, it moved to The Cliffs in Travelers Rest, South. The BMW Charity Pro-Am Presented by TD SYNNEX is back again, with events beginning May 31. The annual golf tournament is scheduled for June 5-8 at Thornblade Club, near Pelham Road in Greenville County, and Carolina Country Club, south of Spartanburg.

The tournament draws an estimated 45,000 spectators, 35 percent of attendees at the event are visitors and 25% of those visitors stay in local overnight accomodations. The 2024 economic impact study provided by Visit Greenville SC estimated that the tournament yielded more than 8.5 million in total output/impact for the region. The 2025 BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by TD SYNNEX is hosting official tournament play June 5-6 at The Carolina Country Club and June 5-8 at Thornblade Club.
Celebrating 25 years, this year's tournament will bring together professional golfers, celebrities, and the Upstate community for a week of golf, music, fun, and giving back. The BMW Charity Pro-Am presented by TD SYNNEX is the only tournament on the Korn Ferry Tour where amateurs and celebrities are grouped with Korn Ferry Tour professionals in a three-day better-ball competition over two courses. Amateurs, celebrities and professionals rotate between the two courses, Thornblade Club, and The Carolina Country Club with the 12 lowest scoring amateur teams, four.
