Understanding the End Portal

The End Portal is a large, circular frame made of 12 End Portal Frames, with a 12-sided purple End Portal activated within. It's located in the Stronghold, a structure found in the Nether. To access the End Portal, you'll need to collect 12 End Portal Frames, 12 Eyes of Ender, and activate the portal with a 13th Eye of Ender.

Gathering Materials

Before you start, ensure you have the following materials:

• 12 End Portal Frames
• 12 Eyes of Ender
• 13 Eyes of Ender (for activation)
• 14 Obsidian blocks (for the portal frame)
• Water bucket (for filling the portal)

Obtaining End Portal Frames

End Portal Frames can be found in the Stronghold's End Portal room. They are surrounded by End Rods, which emit a purple glow. You can break the frames with any pickaxe.

Crafting Eyes of Ender

Eyes of Ender are crafted using 4 Ender Pearls and 1 Blaze Powder. Ender Pearls can be found in End Cities or purchased from Wandering Traders, while Blaze Powder is created by smelting Blaze Rods, which drop from Blazes in the Nether.

Building the End Portal Frame
