The temperature of the water will eventually reach about 37C, because everytime a duplicant uses the lavatory, they add "body temperature water" to the system. So if you at some point notice that you're bathrooms are heating up a bit, that's normal, and it won't go above 37C. I normally put my bathrooms next to my bedrooms so the dupes have to run through the bedroom to get to the bathroom.
