The serene, Scandi-chic studio along Primrose Hill's tiny Berkley Grove, is north London's haven of choice - for yoga, pilates, breathwork and a selection of sound baths. The hour-long crystal tones alchemy singing bowls led by Bea is transformative and deeply relaxing, while the studio's slow flow yoga with sound is the perfect way to decompress after a busy week.
The setting is. 5pm sound baths are 60 minutes long. All other times are 30 minutes.
