Cute Bath Mat Reddit

Hi! I'm trying to redo my bathroom to look more modern and contemporary. I picked the circle bath mat for my base, but I'm unsure of what other bath mat would pair best with the circle designed one. Any suggestions? Either which one looks best or that none look good!

I keep having the same problem with my bath mats - after just three or four washings, the padding on the bottom starts to flake and come away. Any suggestions for mats that won't do this? Ideally from Amazon, just for convenience, but willing to consider all options for quality. This may seem like an odd one, but do high quality bathroom rugs exist anymore? I have some that have lasted more than ten years with proper care, but I've been shopping for new ones for a new color scheme for the last couple of years and have been unable to find anything that's good quality.

I had an old one from Macy's Charter Club; reviews for the new ones said the quality had greatly. About once every year or two my wife and I have to get a new bathroom floor mat (outside of the shower) because they get discolored from mold even though we wash them. I'm looking for a bathroom floor mat that won't get moldy, doesn't require being washed and doesn't need to be hung up to dry.

There's anti-fungal materials out there that mildew and the like can't grow on, but I can't seem to. We just use a bath mat for outside the tub. It's just a thick towel the size of a bath mat, which usually lives on the side of the tub (to dry out) and gets put on the floor when you have a shower or bath.

Does anyone know anything about the softer/flexible diatomaceous earth bath mats I've seen advertised recently? They don't appear to be as soft or plush as a standard bath mat, but it seems like a nice potential middle ground. A good bath mat can keep you from slipping and add pizzazz to your bathroom.
