Harry Potter Lightroom Editing In this Lightroom editing tutorial I'm breaking down how to create the dark and moody color grading style from the Harry Potter films. If you're familiar with these films, the color palette seems to get darker and cooler as the series goes on. With Halloween coming soon, I though this would be a fun Lightroom tutorial.
An advice to HBO and the creators, please keep the bright color grading of the first two films. You can make the Series dark without sacrificing on the color pallet (eg COS film) and please don't ever do HBP and House of Dragons level of dark scenes ever. I really enjoyed the spooky cinematography and magical color palette of these films, and wanted to recreate these tones in my own photos.
