Castle Crashers is a beat 'em up game where an Evil Wizard steals a large crystal and kidnaps the four princesses from the castle. Remastered Version Castle Crashers Remastered has several differences from the original. This includes 5x increase in texture sizes, uncapped framerate (60 FPS), various performance updates and improvements to gameplay and online multiplayer, as well as a new minigame called Back Off Barbarian.

CASTLE CRASHERS REMASTERED is a bigger, faster, and smoother remake of the Behemoth's cult-classic, arcade-style, side-scrolling beat-'em-up game. Remastered ups the ante with higher-resolution graphics, a 60 fps frame rate, and all the downloadable content (DLC) for the original game included. Here is a bit of clarification regarding the Steam version of Castle Crashers. It is the same "remastered" version of the game that is also available on Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Playstation 4. Remastered Vs Original I played castle crashers on 360 and then transferred the data onto x box one using the original version so I do not have remastered.

I was wondering if getting the remastered version is worth it if I can still play the original.
