The Import Racers[1], also known as the Delinquent Road Hazards, are a group of highly modified street racers that cause mischief. They consist of Boost, DJ, Wingo, and Snot Rod. While cruising through the interstate one night, the gang catch Mack struggling to stay awake on the way to California and amuse themselves by putting him to sleep with DJ's music and nudging him onto the rumble.
