I see it records among other things, your maximum lean angles on a ride. As I'm new to the bike, I'm wondering what lean angles others have recorded. On my ride today it gives me L30 R 31.

Clearly I didn't lean it much at all on a fairly. However, my new bike has a lean angle detector on it, and is running a 200 section rear hoop, yet despite having only 1-2mm of chicken strip on that rear tyre, the angle gauge only shows as being in the low to mid 40 degree range!
