Color Kid is a member of Legion of Substitute Heroes. He has the ability to change the color of anything. Color Kid aka Ulu Vakk was born on Lupra and worked at a local laboratory.
Its current project was conducting research on the nature of energy. While in the lab, Vakk was struck by a beam of light from another dimension and received the power to alter any electromagnetic property or organic and inorganic objects and beings. His first feat was to change the frequency and wavelength of an object.

I'm creating a superhero in my story, he's a human mutant who has the power to manipulate Colors. I want to make him very useful, utilizable, and pretty powerful.
