I was most surprised by the off road course. I didn't think this vehicle would be able to handle terrain that I'd normally use my off roader truck for. I would never take the X5 to these places, but it's nice to know that it could do it if it really needed to.

The 50e is having some issues due to cooling for the bigger batteries and other areas, so that would give me pause when considering that option. Depending on which X5 you get will determine if you have a "real M" according to BMW High Performance M - X5M Competition, M2, M4, etc Electrified Performance M - iX M60, XM, i4, i5 Performance M - X5 M60i, M240i, M340i etc On this sub you have to get the nomenclature correct. Don't dare ever refer to a Performance M as simply an M.
Interested in a 2019 or later X3 or X5, and am looking for whichever offers the most ride comfort (isolation from the road, closer to the old school luxe feel).
