Fire TV stuck on "fire Tv" logo with 3 dots underneath When I turn on the TV it goes to the loading screen with 3 dots moving underneath indefinitely. Unplugging it does not fix the problem. Tried unplugging my WiFi.
Turned TV on and off multiple times. Turns on and off but always just gets stuck on this initial screen. this is not a fire stick but a fire TV.
Customer: The screen is frozen, showing just the Fire TV with three dots moving back and forth. Additionally, my Fire Stick remote has a green flashing light instead of a blue one. My fire stick is stuck on the fire tv screen with the 3 pulsing dots.
Tried all the solutions, unplugging, trying to reset to factory settings with the remote. But the remote is just flashing the orange light. Taken batteries out remote, nothing.
please help! My fire stick is just showing three blinking dots on the screen and it never starts. I reset it, I reset my net work, and still the same thing.
It seems to be stuck in that mode, is there any way of getting it out of that? Fire stick not loading and just get 3 dots Our Fire stick is not working - it starts to load then get stuck with 3 dots in the bottom right corner. Have tried rebooting, unplugging and all the other suggestions in this forum and online but none of this is working and from reading several other posts I can only assume that they are a faulty product or something has happened centrally to make. Was working fine until yesterday. I have unplugged it, the wi-fi hub, the TV - everything - left for at least a minute and re-started. Even put new batteries in the remote.
Is there anything else I can try?
