This step is essential because it allows the soap to more easily travel across your hands.

Step 3: Turn off the faucet
This step exists to save water.
For this step I will be using liquid soap.
Make sure to thoroughly spread the soap across your hands as you rub your hands together.
This can be done by without getting soap on the faucet by using your wrist. It is better to use hot water when washing your hands as the hot water contains faster moving particles making your hands easier to clean.
Place your hands under the running water and rub together thoroughly. Your hands should now be nice and clean.
