When stopped, cool air comes in. If the rear blower fan isn’t working despite good fuses and a replaced resistor, check the blower motor itself for failure. Mine only blows cold air whether is standing or moving.

Only one rear vent (left) blows cold air; When i turned the dial to heat, it would only come in through the vents when the car is moving forward. One of the most common (and inconvenient) problems with the honda pilot is when it has no heat coming from the heater. 2006 honda pilot 6 cyl automatic 66k miles.
