In Sabo's case, while his blood kin thought him a disgrace, his father's solution was to trap him in the family home and try and force his ideas on him. While similar to Sanji's father (from what we've seen so far), the difference is that Sabo's father saw worth in getting Sabo back BECAUSE he was related by blood. This may have been brought up before but sabo and sanji are like the same people there both male there both blonde they both were part of noble families that they hate then they ran away from said family and ended up with luffy they are both well dressed they both have their own unique martial arts style that they later learned to incorporate with fire the similarities are insane.

Sabo can do everything Sanji can- but he has better combat ability, better Haki, and powerful Devil Fruit abilities. So Sabo excels in the same categories that Sanji does, but also bests Sanji in several categories. Queen does have observation as well, and Queen not being able to keep up with Sanji's speed should give Sanji another edge over Sabo as Sabo is so far confirmed a basic observation haki user, though like Sanji, both have the potential to gain future sight in the future.
