Get inspired to add a touch of elegance to your living space. So over the weekend I fixed up a cherry colored Queen Anne coffee table for my parents and gave it a pretty weathered wood makeover. It was an easy project that ended up turning out even better than I had pictured it!

Queen Anne style furniture was first developed in the 1700s. It is characterized by curvy legs and often includes carved shell and scroll motifs. I certainly didn't pick these pieces of furniture because of that but rather because they were free.

The table was also in great condition with only dents and scratches on top. The owner wanted the old stain to be removed in favor of a lighter finish. Thanks for watching.
