I love how the Seattle Times continues to dance around the issues with Tiny Home villages and instead implies the "type" of housing used is a major factor in whether a village becomes a public health and safety hazard. If you pick more stable homeless people capable of living in a community, you get a better outcome. If you don't cherry pick the hobos and toss a bunch of them in a compound it.
