UVB lights for hardening off indoors?

nerds. I had been reading about how the exotic herb industry have been using uvb lights, as a stressor, to induce plants in to creating more essential oils.
These lights are also used for hardening off plants, particularly clones and seedlings. I thought this may be of use to anyone like myself with a horde of cuttings that will spend months under lights. It may aid with transitioning young plants to an outdoor environment, especially for those with short growing seasons.

i just completed 2 full years of testing on over 10 different strains and have reached the conclusion that the uva uvb light spectrum will add 3-5% thc and.
0-. 5% bcd over all strains tested. I have done 6 complete grows from veg through bloom each one tested with the lighting and without the lighting alternating each crop. One on and one off. Each time the crop with the lights on would jump 3-5% with the lights off it would decrease 3-5%. I have assumed an error margin of 2%.

Bought this uvb 5. 0 bulb to replace the old uvb 5. 0 bulb that was used for my red-eared slider turtle tank. Decided to try this unknown, inexpensive brand to save money after using a well known and pricier brand for quite some time. After i replaced it and turned it on, it took a while to light up. I felt that was odd since i never had that problem before from prior uvb bulbs. Anyway, i waited for a couple of minutes and then, it made an electrical sound. Then, it started flickering like a strobelight, freaking out my red-eared slider turtle.
