A list that aims to rank Pokémon from FireRed and LeafGreen in different tiers based on their efficiency within the games. EV training and specific natures in-game? That's a waste of time. Jolteon and Magneton with 3 setup moves and 1 attack? Attacking is far more useful than setting up in-game, and usually setting up is only useful for an attacking stat boost.

There honestly aren't too many good Electric Pokemon in Generation III - Jolteon is probably your best bet, assuming you're limiting yourself to non-legendaries of course. Ampharos and Manectric also make for decent ones, but Electrike/Manectric are impossible to grab without trading, and Mareep can't be caught until you get to Altering Cave (which IIRC is a post-game location). Pikachu is.
