The app operates in offline-first mode — data is stored locally and synced when connectivity is available.
Device information such as OS version and app version may be recorded to ensure system performance and reliability.
GPS location data may be collected at the time of recording a sale or shop-closed entry. This is used solely for operational reporting.
Location data is never shared with third parties and is accessible only to authorized distributors and administrators.
