Genuine Connections Inc (Genuine Connections”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)

to you our practices regarding the Personal Information (defined below)
we collect from Users. It applies to all Personal Information collected
on the Genuine Connections website, mobile applications (each, an “Application”),
content, products, and related services (collectively, the Genuine Connections Platform”).
Your access to and use of the Genuine Connections Platform are
subject to the Genuine Connections Terms of Use and the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy will have the meaning
ascribed to them in the Terms of Use. By using our Services,

or the terms set forth in the Terms of Use, you must not access or use the Genuine Connections Platform.
COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you use our Services, we may collect or receive Personal Information
about you to provide our services and operate our business.
The types of Personal Information that we may collect about you, and how we use it are:

User Profile Information: In general, the Personal Information we
gather enables us to provide the Services to you. You provide certain
Personal Information when you sign up for our Services, including your
full name, email address, phone number, gender, password, and photographs.

Location-Based Information: We periodically collect location-based
information through the Application, when the Application is in the foreground.
Your location information is necessary for the provision of Services.
For example, it is used to find events near you,
to determine if you are in an area that we service,
and to determine how far away you are from one of your matches (no less than one mile is displayed for safety).

Device Information: When you download the Application,
we automatically collect your device type, your wireless carrier, and a device ID and we associate this with your Personal Information.
For diagnostic and statistical purposes and to administer our Services,
our servers (which may be hosted by a third party service provider) collect information from you,
including your browser type, operating system, Internet Protocol (“IP”) address (a number that is
automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet), domain name,
and/or a date/time stamp for your visit.

Use Information: As is true of most websites, we gather certain
information automatically and store it in log files. This information
includes IP addresses, browser type, operating system, and date/time stamp.
We use this information to analyze trends, administer the Services, and better tailor our Services to our users’ needs.

DATA RETENTION AND STORAGE

Retention: We retain User profile, transaction, and other
information for as long as a User maintains their Genuine Connections account.
We retain transaction information such as rides and payments for at least
seven years to ensure we can perform legitimate business functions,
such as accounting for tax obligations.

Changing Personal Information: You may review, update, or correct the Personal Information in your account by editing your account or contacting us.
YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING YOUR DATA

Right to Delete: You have the right to request that we delete the
Personal Information we have collected from you, and to direct our service providers do the same.

Submitting Requests: You may submit a Request to Know the specific
pieces of Personal Information we have collected about you in the last 12 months,
or a Request to Delete, by emailing us at support@lovescanapp.com.

Responding to Requests: We will confirm receipt of your request within 10 days from receipt.
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request within 45 days from receipt.
All requests must be verified to ensure that the person making the request is the consumer about whom we have collected information.

Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against any User who exercises these Rights.
SECURITY
We value your trust in providing us your
Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially
acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method
of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic
storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot
guarantee its absolute security.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personally

delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian
and you are aware that your child has provided us with
personal information, please contact us so that
we will be able to do necessary actions.
