I looked at a few plans sets for making my own portable camp kitchen before I stumbled upon this Beavertree on my local craigslist. I haven't seen the Dosko Campmate before you mentioned it. BeaverTree Camp Kitchen is a rugged, lightweight, outdoor cooking center made of forest green, high density plastic.
It has compartments for cooking utensils and pantry items, work surface,... Beaver Tree Camp Kitchen (Now known as The Chuck Box / Yoke Outdoors). Spot on top is for a small Camp stove, then area below for storing utensils, plates, cups, etc.
Great for overlanding or extended camping sessions. Similar to Dosko Campmate but a tiny bit smaller and lighter. The interior has various compartments extremely useful for organizing pots, pans,condiments etc.
There are 2 drawers for silverware and utensils. A dual-burner camp stove fits perfectly on the top shelf but I've never used it this way. Sturdy camp kitchen approx 24w X 20h X 14d.

Wish I could chime in on this but I never saw one before. My camp cooking setup consists of a Jetboil stove, Mountain House freeze dried foods, fish & animals I kill in the wild that I cook over the coals of a campfire. Simple, easy, light weight equipment that takes up virtually no space.
