Bed Frame Without Headboard
My '26 Tacoma SR5 4x4 has standard composite bed too, and I don't intend to get spray-on bedliner either. I had the Ford Factory spray-on bed liner on my 2012 Ford F-350 King Ranch Super Duty Dually (before I traded it in), and the spray-on bed liner was durable without any peeling/cracking. Looking to see if anyone has ideas for a power source for bed of TRD off road 2025 , it did not come with power outlet
I need to replace the OEM bed rail tie downs for lower profile options. My Tonneau cover rail makes adjusting the stock tie downs challenging for my... Best options for a Secure camper shell ? (brands etc) 25 shortbed
Anyone tried these bed cap gap eliminators? Discussion in ' 4th Gen. Tacomas (2024+) ' started by Chupacabraz, . Some Bed-it tape around the edged and some freshy de rusted torx bolts with coat of anti-seize and reinstall like it came out.
This will do it for now until I get the Alu-Cab on this Friday. Then we will take a pass at the tailgate and see if all this work paid off. I will try and keep this updated as I go.
Again hopefully this helps a few ... If your bed is loose, remove bolt and see if metal sleeve is in line with floor of bed. If it protrudes above the floor it means the composite block mount has eroded.
DO NOT GRIND IT FLAT WITH A GRINDER TO MATCH THE LEVEL OF THE FLOOR!!! You will cause misalignment of the bed. The spacer is the height guide. Specifically for a 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport Access Cab Long Bed.
I believe the specs are close for the 5ft bed as well (width, height ect), given... 2018 Tacoma: Length 60.5" or 73.7" Depth 19.1" Inside Bed Width: At Tailgate 53.4" At C-Channel 56.7" Between Wheel wells 41.5" The floor of the bed is the same. The tailgate panel is the same but the caps are different.
The main differences are on the 3rd gen there is no front rail and all the sides are about 1" taller. When I had the Subaru Baja, there was a very useful image of the bed with dimensions labeled. So I decided to duplicate that idea for my newest toy.
