True to its role in the story, Cosmog is weak and has no attacking moves. Once it reaches Level 43, itll evolve into the equally helpless Cosmoen. Finally, if you can get it to Level 53, it will evolve into Solgaleo in Ultra Sun or Lunala in Ultra Moon.
We recommend giving it the Lucky Egg from Kukui and using the Exp. Share to train it. Go to the Altar of the Sunne and up to where the portal to Ultra Space is.

Cosmog evolves into Cosmoem starting at level 43 and then evolves into either Solgaleo in Pokmon Sun, Ultra Sun, Sword, and Scarlet or Lunala in Pokmon Moon, Ultra Moon, Shield, and Violet starting at level 53.

It can normally only be accessed in Pokmon Sun and Ultra Sun, but can be accessed in Pokmon Moon and Ultra Moon after traveling through the Ultra Wormhole in the Altar of the Moone.
