To actually kill the bugs as fast as possible just reset elevator floors ending in 5, that's 35,25,15,5 and kill bugs without getting too sidetracked. Fast way i get this done is going to floor 15 killing the bugs then exiting to floor 0 which will reset the mine & then going back to floor 15 to kill more bugs then rinse & repeat until its done. Helps if you have burglar ring / monster musk or both but still quite easy to do this way.
