- There is a $1,700 minimum plus tax for all catered food truck events.
- Is there a service charge?
- Yes, the service charge is 18%.
- What is your guaranteed booking, deposit and cancellation policy?

- To guarantee your reservation, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
- Final guest count is due 5 days prior to your event.
- Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to your event result in a loss of the deposit.
- How many people can the truck accommodate?
- 300+ guests per hour.
- What is the standard service time?
- 2 hours. $75 per additional half hour.
- What locations do you serve?
- Orange County, the Inland Empire, and select Los Angeles County locations.
- What are the dimensions of the truck?
- Our truck is 33 feet long, 13 feet tall, and 12 feet wide (14 feet wide with window flaps open).
