Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Feeding Families Not Fear Act of 2026''. SEC. 2. AMENDMENTS TO PUBLIC LAW 119-21. (a) Repeal of Increased Appropriations for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.--Sections 90003 and 100052 of Public Law 119-21 (139 Stat. 358, 387) (commonly known as the ``One Big Beautiful Bill Act'') are repealed, and the unobligated balances of amounts made available under such sections (as in effect on the day before the date of the enactment of this Act) are hereby rescinded.
