(a) Inclusion of Behavioral and Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Services.-- (1) In general.--Section 330(b)(1)(A)(i) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254b(b)(1)(A)(i)) is amended-- (A) in subclause (IV), by striking ``and'' at the end; (B) in subclause (V), by striking the semicolon at the end and inserting ``; and''; and (C) by adding at the end the following: ``(VI) behavioral and mental health and substance use disorder services;''. (2) Conforming amendment.--Section 330(b)(2) of the Public Health Service Act (42 U.S.C. 254b(b)(2)) is amended-- (A) by striking subparagraph (A); and (B) by redesignating subparagraphs (B), (C), and (D) as subparagraphs (A), (B), and (C), respectively.
