Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Keeping Individuals with Dialysis Needs Equipped through Year-round Remote Monitoring Act'' or the ``KIDNEY Remote Monitoring Act''. SEC. 2. EXPANDING CERTAIN REMOTE MONITORING SERVICES FURNISHED BY PHYSICIANS TO INDIVIDUALS WITH END STAGE RENAL DISEASE.
