Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Transit Workforce Development Act''. SEC. 2. USE OF GRANTS FOR BUSES AND BUS FACILITIES FOR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT TRAINING. (a) In General.--Section 5314(c)(4)(A) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking ``sections 5307, 5337, and 5339'' and inserting ``sections 5307 and 5337, and not more than 10 percent of amounts made available to a recipient under section 5339,''.
