This Act may be cited as the ``American Indian and Alaska Native Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act'', the ``AI/AN Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act'', or ``AI/AN CAPTA''. SEC. 2. CHILD ABUSE PREVENTION AND TREATMENT ACT AMENDMENTS. (a) Geographical Distribution.--Section 108(b) of the Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act (42 U.S.C. 5106d(b)) is amended, in the first sentence, by inserting ``Indian Tribes, and Tribal organizations,'' after ``the States,''.
