PROHIBITIONS RELATING TO THE USE OF NAMES, IMAGES, LIKENESSES, AND SIGNATURES OF SITTING PRESIDENTS. (a) Covered Asset Defined.--In this section, the term ``covered asset'' means-- (1) Federal property, including a Federal building; and (2) any other Federal asset. (b) Designation.--The name, image, likeness, or signature of a sitting President may not be used to designate or name a covered asset. (c) Decoration.--The name, image, likeness, or signature of a sitting President may not be used to decorate the exterior of a covered asset. (d) Use of Funds.--No Federal funds may be used to carry out an activity prohibited under subsection (b) or (c).
