Sound Bath Norwich

Our Norfolk based Sound Bath sessions work with a variety of sound therapies to support balance of energy for the whole of who we are. Sound Baths + Gong Baths in Norwich Join us for a deeply meditative experience which will leave you feeling nourished, restored and deeply rested. A gong bath isn't just a trendy activity; it has deep roots in shamanic healing, celebration, and ancient communication.

SOUNDBATHS for PRIVATE PARTIES GROUPS FESTIVALS & ORGANISATIONS Held in pre-arranged venues in and around Norwich and North Norfolk Using Gongs, Crystal bowls, or Shamanic Drum and a variety of percussion instruments to help take you into a deep state of relaxation or ASC (Altered State of Consciousness.) For anyone aged 16 and up. £17.00 per person (minimum of 8 people) For Private Parties. On the first Sunday of each month I host a sound bath with Jamie from Serene Sound.

Held in the beautiful light and airy room above the Feed Cafe at Waterloo Park, Angel Road, this event is a lovely way to relax and unwind from any busy week and reset ready for the week ahead.
