This special chef's tasting menu reimagines neo-Chinese cuisine, blending traditional Chinese culinary techniques with fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients for a truly unique. Yan Dining Room is organized by Chef Eva Chin, formerly of Kojin and Avling and Hong Shing Restaurant.

Yan Dining Room operates four nights per week in Hong Shing's private dining room. Seating is limited to 26 guests per evening, ensuring an intimate and refined dining experience. The tasting menu, featuring 8-10 courses, will change monthly, allowing repeat guests to experience new flavours with each visit.
