2013 Bmw X5 Glove Box Won T Open
BMW X5 e70 glove box might not be opening due to a failure in the opening mechanism or an issue with the fuse in the fuse box. If you experience this problem, check your fuse box first. Customer: I have a 2013 BMW X5 M Sport, and my glove box won't open.
I replaced the fuse after it blew when I changed the light bulb. I hear a click when I press the button, but nothing happens. Do you have any suggestions?
Howdy, I recently purchased an E70 35d that was shipped to me. I'm trying to troubleshoot the glove box not opening, but think I'm having a different problem than most of the threads I have reviewed on this site (and Google): I have verified the fuse is good in the fuse block in the passenger dash board, and when I push the button to open the glove box, it makes no noise at all, just does. Maybe it's the newer versions, mine's an 02. If your LCI E70 glove box does not open, there is a good chance the fuse has been blown. Pre LCI models have a little loop to pull when it doesn't open, but 2011s and newer require a few more.
