For this episode I've got Marcos's beautiful 2022 S1K! What an awesome machine! Amazing bike to ride and lots of tasteful mods! I wouldn't mind having one of. We can tune all 00-24 S1KRR ecus, some features are specific to the 19+ model Testing was done on a "new" 2020 S1K in 100% stock form on my in house DYNOmite 800pro Eddy Current Dyno. After finishing tuning on a stock bike, we then we added the typical bolts ons including a full Akra system, Sprint filter, and relocated the IAT sensor 2 of the biggest complaints on the BMW are: Cold start.
The direct injection engines are awesome. The only way to improve the s1k is if BMW made them direct injection too. So much potential that the manufactures leave out on the table.
When I have time, I am going to post screen shots of my S1K tune. It will make it easier to understand for members who want to get into Woolich. Knowledge is power.
