After reading some posts about some useful technical sources, I was able to download the repair manual and wiring diagrams from TIS after buying a 2 day subscription and using this process described on a git hub page (fetch-toyota-service-manuals). If ANYONE actually manages to get a complete download of the entire TIS service manual for the 5th gen RAV then please post it in the forum! I doubt it would be tetrabytes.
