Privacy policy – MadeCost, LotCost, Piece Health, MadeCheck, Content Freshness, Learner Pulse, BabelProof, SlotSlate, UndoVault, MemberBench, Form Inbox, EventVet, BlogTrunk and MediaHauler
Last updated: 2026-11-06
This policy covers the Wix apps published by Thomas Delfini: MadeCost (the cost of what you make), LotCost (the cost of a lot of goods shared between its pieces) and Piece Health (what needs fixing in your catalog) MadeCheck (spot missing personalizations in your orders) Content Freshness (spot text on your site that looks out of date) and Learner Pulse (follow the learners of your Wix Online Programs and remind them in time) and BabelProof (check that every language of your site is really translated) and SlotSlate (sign-up sheets for volunteers, shifts and things to bring, shown on your site) and UndoVault (an undo button for your CMS: it keeps copies of the items of the collections you choose, so you can put them back) and MemberBench (approve, block and understand your site members in bulk, with rules for new members) and Form Inbox (a status, an assignee and a note for each submission of your Wix Forms, with search, filters and export) and EventVet (turn the events your visitors propose through a Wix form into events of your Wix Events, after you check them) and BlogTrunk (export the published posts of your Wix Blog as files you can keep or move to another platform) and MediaHauler (download the files and folders of the Media Manager of your Wix site in ZIP files you can keep).
What the apps read
With your permission, the apps read the products of your Wix Stores catalog and their variants: name, price and the current cost of each variant. LotCost and Piece Health also read the quantity in stock when your store tracks it; Piece Health also reads titles, descriptions, the number of photos, categories, creation dates and weights. MadeCost, LotCost and Piece Health never read orders, customers or visitors. Content Freshness reads basic information about your site (its public address, its language and its plan) and, when you press the scan button, the public pages of your site, the same pages any visitor can open; it never reads orders, customers, members or visitors, nor anything that needs a login. MadeCheck reads the orders of your store: for each order line, the product, the order number and date, the custom text fields and the product options chosen. Wix gives apps a single permission to read orders, which also covers the buyer's details (name, e-mail, address, phone): MadeCheck does not use them and does not keep them.
What Learner Pulse reads
Learner Pulse reads basic information about your site (its language and its plan) and the data of your Wix Online Programs: your programs and, for each learner, the program, the enrollment and progress status, the progress, the last activity, the deadline and the Wix member and contact behind the learner. It shows the learner's name in its table by asking Wix each time and does not keep it. Wix includes the member's e-mail address in what it returns about a learner: the app does not use it, show it or keep it. It never reads orders, products, visitors or payments.
What BabelProof reads
BabelProof reads basic information about your site (its public address, its language and its plan), then the public pages of your published site, the way a visitor or a search engine does: your sitemap, your pages and the language versions each page announces. Those requests go to your own site (and to its language sub-domains, if you use them) and nowhere else. It never reads orders, products, members, contacts, bookings, payments or any page that is not public.
What SlotSlate reads
SlotSlate reads basic information about your site (its language and its plan). Apart from its own data, it reads nothing from your site: not your orders, products, members, contacts, bookings, payments or pages.
What UndoVault reads
UndoVault reads basic information about your site (its language and its plan), the list of your CMS collections and the content of the collections you choose to protect: their items when you press Protect, then every item that is created, changed or deleted in them. It reads nothing from the collections you do not protect, and nothing from your orders, products, members, contacts, bookings, payments or pages.
What MemberBench reads
MemberBench reads basic information about your site (its language and its plan) and your site members: for each member, the e-mail address, the first and last name, the nickname, the status (waiting, approved, blocked), the date the member joined and the date of their last sign-in. It reads them when you open its page (to list, search and count them) and when a new member signs up (to apply your rules), and it does not copy them. It never reads members’ passwords, addresses, phone numbers, profile content, orders, products, bookings or payments.
What Form Inbox reads
Form Inbox reads basic information about your site (its language and its plan), the forms you built with the Wix Forms app (their names and the fields they contain) and their submissions: the answers your visitors typed, which can include names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, addresses, uploaded files and whatever else your form asks, together with the date and the form each submission came from. It reads them when you open its page (to list, search, count and export them) and when a visitor submits a form (to apply your auto-assign rules), and it does not copy them. Wix offers this access as one wide permission (“Manage form submissions”), which also allows changing and deleting submissions; Form Inbox only uses it to read. It never reads orders, products, members, bookings or payments.
What EventVet reads
EventVet reads basic information about your site (its language and its plan), the forms you built with the Wix Forms app (their names and the fields they contain) and the submissions of the forms you choose: the answers your visitors typed, which can include event details, names and e-mail addresses, together with the date of each submission. It reads them when you open its page, when you approve a proposal and, if you switch on automatic drafts for a form, when a visitor submits it, and it does not copy them. Wix offers this access as one wide permission (“Manage form submissions”), which also allows changing and deleting submissions; EventVet only uses it to read. It never reads orders, products, members, bookings or payments.
EventVet also writes to your Wix Events, through one wide permission (“Manage Events”) that covers creating, changing and deleting events: it only creates an event when you approve a proposal (or when an automatic draft applies) and publishes a draft it created itself; it never changes or deletes an event afterwards. The event holds the name, date and time, place, description and link shown to you before you confirm; the name and e-mail address of the person who proposed it are never put in the event.
What BlogTrunk reads
BlogTrunk reads basic information about your site (its name, address, language and plan) and the published posts of your Wix Blog (title, text and pictures, dates, address, excerpt, cover image, categories, tags, SEO title and description, and the counts of views, likes and comments) with the blog’s categories and tags, through a read-only permission (“Read Blog”). It reads them when you open its page and when you export. The files of an export are built in your own browser and saved to your computer; they are not sent to the developer or to any other service. It never reads drafts, comments, the names of authors, members, orders, bookings or payments.
What MediaHauler reads
MediaHauler reads basic information about your site (its name, address, language and plan) and the list of the files and folders of the Site Files of your Media Manager (for each file its name, folder, kind, size, dates and a fingerprint of its content, which lets it spot copies of the same file, and, when you download, the public address of the file), through a read-only permission (“Read Media Manager”). It reads them when you open its page and when you download. The files of a download are fetched by your own browser from the Wix servers that already host them, zipped in your own browser and saved to your computer; they are not sent to the developer or to any other service. It never reads the Trash, the files uploaded by visitors, the content of private files, members, contacts, orders, bookings or payments.
What the apps store
MadeCost: your materials, recipes, variant coefficients and settings (hourly rate, target margin, price rounding). LotCost: your lots (name, where you bought them, date, price paid, shipping and other costs, how the cost is shared) and their pieces (the product variant, units, a fixed or typed cost). Piece Health: one setting and, on paid plans, one score a week. MadeCost and LotCost keep a history of the costs they wrote to your store (product and variant identifiers, the cost before and after, and the date). MadeCheck: the products you monitor, the fields you expect on their orders, and for each checked order line the order number and date, the identifiers, the product name, the names of the fields found and the outcome of the check with your follow-up note, deleted 90 days after the order date. The text a customer typed into a personalization field is read from your site when you open a check and is never copied into the stored results. Content Freshness: the result of a scan (a short excerpt of the line where an out-of-date text was found, the page it was on and the date it relates to; the pages themselves are not kept), the contents you follow (name, address, category, note, priority, review frequency, last check and next review), the findings you ignored, a history of what was done to your contents and your settings. Learner Pulse: your settings (days without activity, reminders and milestones), the learners it follows (the identifiers of the learner and of the program, the name of the program, the dates the reminders were reported for and the progress they carried) and, on the plan that includes it, a history of the reminders it reported. BabelProof: the result of your last check (for each page, its address on your site, the languages found and the problems detected, each with a short explanation that can quote a line of your public text or the title of the page) and the problems you chose to ignore. No name, e-mail address or phone number is stored. SlotSlate: the sheets you create (title, description, settings), their slots (name, note, date, time, number of places) and the places people take; when a visitor signs up through its widget, the details they type (their name and, if your sheet asks for them, an email address, a phone number and a note). A first name and initial is public next to a slot only if you turn on “Show first names” for the sheet; email addresses, phone numbers and notes are kept in a separate private collection that only your site’s administrators and the SlotSlate dashboard can read. The people who sign up give their details to you, the site owner, who decides what you collect and why and tells your visitors; SlotSlate sends no email to them and sends their details nowhere. UndoVault: the list of the collections you protect and, for each item of those collections, copies of its content as it was after each change (with the date, the kind of change, the kind of person who made it – a collaborator, a member or an app, never a name – and the name of the item). These copies can contain whatever your CMS items contain, including personal data if your collections hold some; they are saved in two private collections of your own site that only your site’s administrators and the UndoVault dashboard can read, and are sent nowhere. You can remove an item’s history with “Forget” or delete the two UndoVault collections from your CMS at any time. MemberBench: the rules you write (an e-mail address or a domain, whether to approve or block, an optional note, a count of the members it decided) and a short log of what the rules and your bulk actions did (the date, the action, and, for a rule, the e-mail address of the member it decided, or how many members a bulk action reached). These are saved in two private collections of your own site that only your site’s administrators and the MemberBench dashboard can read, and are sent nowhere. You can delete them from your CMS at any time. Form Inbox: for each submission you handle, its Wix identifier, the identifier of its form, the status you chose (new, in progress, done), the assignee name you typed, your private note and the date of the change; your auto-assign rules (a form identifier, the assignee name and a count) and a short log of what the rules and your bulk updates did (the date, the action, how many submissions, and a sentence that can name a form and an assignee). The answers your visitors typed are never stored by Form Inbox. These are saved in three private collections of your own site that only your site’s administrators and the Form Inbox dashboard can read, and are sent nowhere. Your notes are text you write yourself: avoid putting sensitive personal data in them. BlogTrunk keeps one private collection of your own site: for each export, the date, the number of posts and images, the number of ZIP files, the kinds of files you chose and the plan; no title, text or picture of a post is stored, and the page remembers only in your browser whether you answered its reminder to leave a review. EventVet keeps, in three more private collections of your own site, for each proposal you decide on its Wix identifier, its form, whether you approved or rejected it, the identifier and title of the event it created, whether that event is a draft or published, your private note and the date; for each form you set up, which field holds which part of an event, the time zone, the usual start time and length and whether automatic drafts are on; and a short log of what approvals, rejections, bulk actions and automatic drafts did. The answers your visitors typed are never stored. MediaHauler keeps, in one private collection of your own site, for each download the date, the number of files and of megabytes, the number of ZIP files, the number of files left out, the kinds of files you chose and the plan; no file name, folder or address is stored, and the page remembers only in your browser whether you answered its reminder to leave a review. You can delete the collections from your CMS at any time.
All of this is saved in data collections that belong to your own Wix site (visible in your site's CMS). The apps do not copy it to any other database or service. Apart from what is described above for SlotSlate, UndoVault, MemberBench, Form Inbox, EventVet, BlogTrunk and MediaHauler, no customer data is stored.
What the apps change
Only when you press a write button: the cost of your product variants (MadeCost, LotCost), the weight or cost of the variants you choose and the price of a piece you mark down (Piece Health). Names, descriptions, stock and orders are never changed. MadeCheck changes nothing in your store: it only reads. Content Freshness changes nothing on your site: it only reads your public pages and writes to its own data collections. When you give a content a review day on a plan with reminders, it tells Wix Automations the name and address of the content, its category, its priority and the review day, and the automation you set up in your Wix dashboard decides what is sent. Learner Pulse changes something only when an automation you set up uses one of its actions: it can enroll a site member in a program, add a tag to a learner or issue the certificate of a program to a learner; it tells Wix Automations the learner and program identifiers, the program name, the progress, the date of a reminder and the learner's Wix contact so that your automation can send the e-mail. BabelProof changes nothing: it only reads your public pages and writes to its own data collections. SlotSlate changes only its own data: the sheets, slots and sign-ups you manage in its dashboard and the sign-ups visitors make; it changes no other part of your site. UndoVault changes your CMS only when you press a button to put something back (a deleted item is created again with its own id, or an item is set back to an older version, all of it or the fields you choose); it never changes anything on its own and never changes a collection you did not protect. MemberBench changes the status of your site members only: it approves (or unblocks) and blocks members when you press a button, and, automatically, when a rule you wrote applies to a member who has just signed up. It never deletes, edits or e-mails a member, and never changes anything else on your site. Form Inbox changes nothing in Wix Forms: it reads your forms and submissions, and writes only to its own data collections (the status, assignee and note you give a submission, your rules and its log); it never edits, answers, marks as read or deletes a submission, and sends no e-mail. EventVet changes nothing in Wix Forms either; it creates an event in Wix Events when you approve a proposal (or when an automatic draft applies), publishes a draft event it created when you ask, and writes to its own data collections; it never edits or deletes a submission or an event, and sends no e-mail. BlogTrunk changes nothing on your site: it only reads your blog and writes its own export log; it never creates, edits, publishes or deletes a post, and sends no e-mail. MediaHauler changes nothing in your Media Manager: it only reads it and writes its own download log; it never uploads, moves, renames or deletes a file, and sends no e-mail.
Sharing
Your data is not sold or shared with anyone. It is processed by the apps' code, which runs on Wix's infrastructure, and by the Wix APIs of your own site, and nowhere else. The apps send no emails themselves (reminders are sent by the Wix automation you set up), use no cookies of their own and show no advertising.
Deletion
Your data lives on your site, so you stay in control of it: you can delete the collections of the apps from your site's CMS at any time. If you remove an app, its data collections stay on your site until you delete them, and the app can no longer read or change anything. Ask us at the address below if you want help erasing them.
