Implementing traffic prioritization (QoS) with RouterOS. To turn on the QoS capabilities of RouterOS, we implement two things: marking and then queuing.
I set up QOS on my Mikrotik running routeros and thought that I would share. Everything seems to be working correctly. You will have to change a few things to match your setup though. I am using a RB493G with RouterOS 6.3.
