Figure 6 illustrates the stakeholder classification and team formation in the case project. The second case project is a joint-stock property company that encompasses two interconnected four-story buildings (19,600 cubic meters) that were built in 1971. One building serves as business premises (39 offices), and the other one is an apartment building (19 apartments).
