1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to VoTime ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our software applications and services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, or using VoTime, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

VoTime is a world clock and time zone converter application that helps users track time across different cities and plan meetings across time zones. Features include:

• Multi-city world clock with time zone conversion
• Working hours overlap finder for scheduling across time zones
• Time-based reminders for specific cities
• Smart clipboard detection for time parsing
• Time card sharing
• Menu bar widget (macOS)

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

VoTime offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features:

• VoTime Pro Monthly — 1-month subscription, billed monthly. Price is displayed at the point of purchase.
• VoTime Pro Yearly — 12-month subscription, billed annually. Price is displayed at the point of purchase.

Premium features include unlimited cities, unlimited reminders, enhanced clipboard AI usage, and full menu bar support.

3.1 Payment and Renewal

• Payment will be charged to your account through the app store where you made the purchase at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of the chosen subscription.
• Prices are in the currency of your region. Actual charges may vary by region.

3.2 Managing and Cancelling Subscriptions

• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings in the app store where you made the purchase.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.
• No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period, except as required by applicable law.

3.3 Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal usage
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of VoTime is also governed by our Privacy Policy. VoTime does not collect or transmit personal data. All user data is stored locally on your device.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, trademarks, logos, and brand elements of the App are owned by VoTime and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our Service.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

• We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
• Updates may be automatically downloaded to maintain security and functionality.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOTIME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

9. Termination

• You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the App.
• Cancellation of paid subscriptions takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms.
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations survive termination.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication with our support team.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VoTime.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations to any party.
