Terms of Use of Media VPN Services
General Provisions
These Terms of Use define the conditions under which Media VPN Services are rendered to YOU (the User) to provide unrestricted access to different global Internet resources.
By starting to use the Services, you must agree to these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of the provisions of these Terms of Use, you should not start or continue using the Services.

Personal Data Processing
Media VPN Services shall process only the data made available by you in connection with the use of Services (when it is necessary for the performance of the contractual obligations, and when it is necessary to fulfil the legal obligations incumbent on Media VPN Services).
No other personal data shall be processed by Media VPN Services, unless previously agreed with you and for processing of which you give your explicit consent.

Responsibility
You shall not be entitled to use the Services directly or indirectly for purposes which are prohibited by applicable law or by virtue of a law in your jurisdiction. In particular, you shall not be entitled to directly or indirectly use the Services in such a way that content is made available or disseminated which:
- glorifies violence,
- is racist,
- is discriminatory with regard to religion, ideology, sexual orientation or identity, race or ethnic origin, gender or disabilities, or
- is pornographic; or
- which is suitable or intended to:
- interfere with the data processing of another person, in particular to unlawfully delete, suppress, render unusable or modify the data of another person,
- destroy, damage, render unusable, remove or modify a data processing equipment of another person or parts thereof, or
- send data, in particular spam messages or other materially undesirable data, to a third party by automated means without the consent of the third party, even if this is not prohibited by the law applicable to the third party.
Furthermore, you shall not be entitled to use the Services directly or indirectly in such a way that
- any intellectual property rights of any persons are violated, e.g. by using torrent technologies or downloading, distributing and/or stored without permission of the copyright owner,
- any illegal activities, such as piracy, fraud, hacking and similar or other punishable by law are made possible, as well as such activities as cyberbullying, harassment and hate speech.
- any malicious software like computer viruses, trojans, spyware etc is downloaded, distributed and/or stored,
- the privacy of other persons is invaded, including monitoring and/or recording online activities of other persons without their consent.
You must be an adult or reach an appropriate age to use the Services as required by applicable law.
The internet traffic limit depends on the chosen plan — it can be either 100 GB per month or unlimited, starting from the first day of the activation of Services. Please choose your plan based on the service descriptions. You will be notified in advance if you are about to reach the limit applicable to your selected plan.
Media VPN shall not bear any obligations or responsibilities not expressly provided for in the Contract you have signed. In particular, we shall not be responsible for any damage caused by the use of the Services, including loss of data, income, or business reputation.
